Cottage Cheese Everything Bagel
Ingredients
1½ | cups CO-OP GOLD All Purpose Flour | |
2¼ | tsp CO-OP GOLD Baking Powder | |
½ | tsp salt | |
1 | tsp sugar | |
1¼ | cups strained CO-OP GOLD Cottage Cheese | |
1 | CO-OP CENTSIBLES Egg, whisked | |
2–3 | tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning |

This is a great base bagel recipe. Just change the topping to cheese or poppy seeds, or add raisins to the mix – it’s all up to you!
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl and add strained cottage cheese.
- Using a fork, mix well. The mixture will look like small crumbs. Then, using your hands, press into a ball and knead until it comes together and is smooth.
- Cut dough into four portions. Roll out each section into a ½-inch thick rope and connect the ends so you have a bagel shape.
- Brush the top and sides of the bagels with egg wash and coat with Club House Signature Blends Everything Bagel.
- Place bagels on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 22 minutes. Let mostly cool before slicing.
Note: Use a mesh strainer to strain the liquid from cottage cheese.
