Cottage Cheese Everything Bagel
Ingredients
  cups CO-OP GOLD All Purpose Flour
  tsp CO-OP GOLD Baking Powder
½   tsp salt
1   tsp sugar
  cups strained CO-OP GOLD Cottage Cheese
1   CO-OP CENTSIBLES Egg, whisked
2–3   tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

This is a great base bagel recipe. Just change the topping to cheese or poppy seeds, or add raisins to the mix – it’s all up to you!


  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl and add strained cottage cheese.
  • Using a fork, mix well. The mixture will look like small crumbs. Then, using your hands, press into a ball and knead until it comes together and is smooth.
  • Cut dough into four portions. Roll out each section into a ½-inch thick rope and connect the ends so you have a bagel shape.
  • Brush the top and sides of the bagels with egg wash and coat with Club House Signature Blends Everything Bagel.
  • Place bagels on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 22 minutes. Let mostly cool before slicing.

Note: Use a mesh strainer to strain the liquid from cottage cheese.
