Sausage and Pepper Cottage Cheese Crust Pizza

1 | cup CO-OP GOLD All Purpose Enriched Flour | |
1½ | tsp Baking Powder | |
¼ | tsp salt | |
1 | tbsp CO-OP GOLD Olive Oil | |
1 | cup CO-OP GOLD cottage cheese | |
Toppings | ||
1 | cup tomato sauce | |
2 | cups lightly chopped spinach | |
1 | cup thinly sliced red bell pepper | |
1⅓ | cup CO-OP GOLD Shredded Pizza Mozzarella | |
1 | cup spicy Italian sausage meat |

Total time: 23 – 27 mins

Serves: 4 – 6
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
- Blend olive oil and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Mix with flour mixture until you have a ball of dough.
- Cut dough ball into two. Using a rolling pin, and a little bit of flour if sticking to the counter, evenly roll out each ball to about 10 inches round and quite thin. Place on parchment paper on a sheet tray.
- Bake the pizza shell in oven for 6 minutes. Take out and add toppings, starting with sauce, then spinach, peppers, cheese and then sausage. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
